One bay, one family, twenty summers

The Mavikum story began in 2004 with a small 60-room beach hotel in Kızılağaç bay. Our founding family's belief that "a guest is a guest of our home" is still the cornerstone of a resort that has grown to 228 rooms and villas, an aquapark with 14 slides and a team of 400.

Sustainability

Solar panels cover 60% of our hot water; we irrigate the gardens with treated grey water and have removed plastic straws and single-use cups. Our kitchens cook with seasonal produce and olive oil from local Manavgat growers.
